Location: Hendersonville, NC 28792

Pay: $20.00-$23.00/hr + DOE Pay negotiable upon full-time hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)


Dress Code: Business casual (jeans not permitted)

In this contract-to-hire position, you'll support a Certified Financial Planner and serve as the trusted primary contact for a close-knit group of high-net-worth clients, most of whom are seniors. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations and high-quality client service in a respected, ethical, and supportive environment.


What You'll Do:

  • Act as the front-line liaison: answer phones, manage scheduling, emails, and incoming mail
  • Support investment operations: open accounts, process distributions, and handle trust documentation
  • Run and manage essential financial reports, ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information
  • Communicate with remote colleagues via MS Teams and manage solo office responsibilities
  • Stay on top of deadlines and office logistics with a high degree of autonomy

What We're Looking For:

  • Background in finance, investments, or a regulated industry preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a passion for accuracy
  • Strong self-starter who thrives when working independently
  • Proficiency with computers (experience with dual monitors a plus)
  • Warm, professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Notary Public certification is a bonus
