We are seeking a full-time, in-office Client Services Manager to support and enhance the client services operations of our fast-paced law firm. This role requires an organized, business-minded professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can manage a broad range of responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of new client inquiries and existing client interactions.
- Maintain the firm's referral network.
- Gather and organize marketing data, liaison with marketing and other support staff to optimize strategic initiatives.
