Job Description:
The Client Success Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships and increasing member value. This role involves engaging high-level stakeholders-often board directors, C-suite executives, and senior decision-makers-by introducing and aligning services, resources, and thought leadership with each member's unique governance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of senior-level members from onboarding through renewal.
- Cultivate strong, consultative relationships with corporate leaders.
- Engage members through strategic discussions to align them with relevant offerings, events, and solutions.
- Monitor engagement trends and proactively identify gaps or growth opportunities.
- Meet or exceed revenue targets tied to upselling and member retention.
- Act as the internal voice of the client to inform content and service development.
- Partner with internal teams to align account strategy and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, professional services, or fundraising.
- Exceptional communication skills with polished executive presence.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio and achieve revenue goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems-Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using AI and analytics tools to drive engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience interacting with senior executives or board-level professionals is a major plus.
