Client Services / Hospitality Representative
Location: New York Office
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 (commensurate with experience)
We are seeking a personable and professional Client Services/Hospitality Representative to join our New York office. This full-time role is key to delivering an exceptional experience for clients, visitors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, service-driven, and comfortable managing hospitality operations in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls, providing information or directing inquiries as needed.
- Coordinate and schedule conference room reservations; ensure rooms are set up, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen pantries and break areas, restocking as needed to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
- Perform general administrative support tasks including light typing, photocopying, filing, and assisting with special projects as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a hospitality, front desk, client services, or administrative support role preferred.
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Professional demeanor with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a polished presentation under pressure.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering a high level of client service.
