An uber-cool boutique packaging design agency specialising in high-end creative solutions for food and drinks clients. This agency is known for their vibrant culture and innovative approach, really challenging clients think differently. They're entering an exciting phase of growth and looking for a dynamic Client Services Director/Managing Partner to join their small but mighty team. This is a new role with the potential to become a partner and make a lasting impact on the business.


About the role


As Managing Partner, this is your chance to lead the charge-owning client relationships, driving business growth, and building a dream team while shaping the future of our agency. You'll combine big-picture strategy with hands-on management, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves turning challenges into opportunities. Day-to-day, you'll be working closely with the Founder to identify and target new client opportunities, develop tailored pitches, and lead presentations that showcase your unique offering. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring as a team, you're delivering exceptional design that exceed expectations. As the leader of the client services team, you'll mentor and inspire, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation to drive the agency forward.


About you
