We are currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our team working out of our West Des Moines, IA office.
Hybrid work schedule that includes a mix of days working in our office, days traveling to visit clients and days working remotely from home. Travel area is Central Iowa.

JOB DUTIES
- Coordinate with client administration to access and generate current Medicaid/IEP listings. Assist with completion of necessary forms and paperwork for enrollment as an Iowa Medicaid provider. Identify potential Medicaid students and notify necessary staff of Medicaid claiming. Assist with reviewing and monitoring Medicaid/IEP services and identifying areas of opportunity for claiming services.
- Work closely with client staff to assure required documentation and paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Create and maintain a filing system for all required documentation and paperwork. Ensure client is in compliance with state and federal requirements in the event of an audit and prepare documentation if selected for an audit.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with administration to determine appropriate level of Medicaid claiming. Provide monthly reports for administration on the Medicaid funds.
- Identify and coordinate training opportunities for client staff. Monitor staff to assure logs are completed correctly and to identify additional training opportunities. Provide information in detail on the services offered by the organization and educate clients on the skills of effectively submitting required documentation for the claim processing.
- Train school district staff to assure required documentation and paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Train school district staff to create and maintain a filing system for all required documentation and paperwork that ensures the client is in compliance with state and federal requirements in the event of an audit and prepares documentation if selected for an audit.
- Coordinate and prepare service logs for distribution and delivery to client staff as well as assuring the delivery of completed claims documentation to TBS offices for processing. Compile, review, prepare, and sort logs and documentation while verifying accuracy. Work with client and AEA staff to assure that claims are completed and sent for processing in a timely manner.
- Monitor IEP, BIP, and IHP for accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations. Identify services on IEP/BIP/IHP and coordinate services for claiming. Keep abreast and report as necessary on changes in standards (internally &/or externally initiated) and on performance against standards to each client and the executive team.
- Maintain contact with client and Timberline Billing Service Staff to enhance client Medicaid claiming strategy by interacting politely and professionally via e-mail, letter, face to face, and telephone to ensure all clients queries are understood and well-investigated and resolved. Provide advice and resources to clients when requested.

Job Type: Full-time
Starting Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, performance based increase after 6 months of employment.
