Job Title: Client Services Coordinator (CA Real Estate License Required)
Location: Downtown Los Angeles
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
On-Site Position Parking Provided
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $33/hr (temp) $70K annually (perm) + full benefits
We're currently hiring for a Client Services Coordinator to support a high-performing real estate team. This role involves a mix of administrative support, marketing coordination, and research responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative, sales, and marketing support to brokers and clients
Prepare and manage legal documents such as letters of intent, offers, commission agreements, and listing paperwork
Maintain property listings and monitor expiration timelines
Coordinate deal processing with internal teams and accounting
Schedule meetings, travel, and property tours
Create client-specific packages, proposals, and presentations
Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, email campaigns, and signage
Conduct market research using CRM systems and platforms like MLS and CoStar
Ensure all communications and deliverables meet professional standards
Qualifications:
Active California Real Estate Salesperson License required
Minimum 3 years of real estate industry experience
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and real estate marketing tools experience is a plus
