For over 20 years, we have become Hawaii's go-to agency for all digital marketing, advertising, and MarCom needs. Due to continued agency growth, we have an immediate need for a Client Services Coordinator who will provide administrative and operations support to our client service team and the agency, in general.

This is a fulltime direct hire role; we are fully onsite in our beautiful Honolulu office (relocation is not available).

Job Details

This role supports both client service and internal operations, helping to execute marketing campaigns, and ensure clear communication across clients. You'll assist with campaign coordination, data reporting, vendor sourcing, donation programs, off-site events, and general office support. Ideal for someone who is highly organized, and thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments.

Is your background a match?
Bachelor's Degree required
2+ years of marketing or client services experience, preferably in an agency setting
Proficient with MS Office 365 and Google Workspace
Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, clean driving record, and reliable access to a personal vehicle for attending events
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Prior experience working in food & beverage is a plus.

What will you be doing?
Support execution of marketing campaigns and research projects
Generate KPI reports and provide strategic insights
Manage logistics for promotional materials
Coordinate sponsorship and fundraising programs
Assist with off-site events and content shoots
Serve as liaison between the agency, client teams, and client sites
Draft project briefs, client reports, and presentation decks
Track documentation, campaign approvals, and billing alignment
Review and proof POP, social media calendars, blogs, press releases, and marketing materials for brand consistency and accuracy
Help manage office organization, file systems, and internal workflow
Support admin tasks like travel bookings, petty cash, and supply deliveries
Assist with general office duties
