HOURS FOR POSITION: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Hiring Range - $24.82/hr - $31.02/hr

Summary of Position

The position is responsible for providing professional administrative and project support for the Vice President, Tower Wealth Management (TWM) and others within the TWM function. This position may also provide support to the Business Development unit. The incumbent confirms with the Vice President, TWM, to administer and prioritize workflow, and draft communications regarding oversight of and/or follow up reporting on operational activities, projects, presentations. The CSA l is the initial primary department contact for all potential members.

Principal Accountabilities and Functions

Provides administrative support services for the TWM function. Provides administrative support and participates in key projects/initiatives for the TWM division as requested.

Sorts and prioritizes TWM mail, email and communications routing those needing attention to the appropriate team member. This position also screens telephone calls, providing information or assistance (within level of knowledge), taking messages or forwarding calls as deemed appropriate.

Verifies assignments and ensures the accurate and timely completion of all daily reports and functions.

Assists in maintaining the department budget by keeping records of annual expenses. Supports the development of the budget for TWM based on direction from the VP TWM.

Acts as a representative for TWM in reference to completing departmental assignments and collaborating with other departments and work units for information gathering, supporting operational problem solving, and tracking of unresolved member service issues requiring attention and reconciliation.

Coordinates with Business Development regarding new opportunities in order to incorporate the TWM services in relevant presentations during SEG visits.

Provides administrative support to the Vice President on special projects to include tracking and reporting on quarterly activities including sales incentives. Collects data and manages a spreadsheet of all sales goals and attainment, validated by the Vice President for quarterly payments.

Provides administrative support by: verifying and revising the relevant sections of the Disaster Recovery Manual; drafting, formatting, editing and preparing memorandums/communications for TWM; gathering data through mail and telephone surveys, and internet research; organizes; formats and prepares reports and presentations from data submitted and collected.

Maintains an inventory of office supplies within established budget constraints.

Maintains complete departmental files, performs required updates to keep the records current and accurate, assures the files are organized and kept secured and confidential at all times.

Performs related duties when assigned.

Required Qualifications

HS or equivalent certificate with three years of experience preferred in the financial services industry or business environment supporting Managers and/or Directors in a team environment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with colleagues, supervisors and members

Experience should demonstrate seasoned, exceptional organization skills and administrative-technical support know how, and aptitude supporting a management team.

Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and use of LAN, Intranet.

Ability to apply concepts of rate, ratio and percent to practical situations.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as financial reports and legal documents.

Ability to author and prepare correspondence, reports and memorandums.

Ability to effectively present information to Management, or present information and respond to questions in one-on-one situations with members or employees.

Working Conditions

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. with or without assistance.

Ability to work the hours needed which may extend beyond the defined work schedule when operating conditions dictate
