Location: Hybrid - Las Vegas, NV (In-office required several days per week)Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PMSalary Range: $95,000 to $115,000

About the Role:CCMSI is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead and coordinate client services for our Nevada-based workers' compensation programs. This hybrid position in Las Vegas, NV supports a portfolio of 8 to 10 clients across various industries. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams-ensuring contract compliance, service delivery, risk management, and financial performance align with client expectations.

Applicants must have extensive knowledge of Nevada workers' compensation claims management, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. A Nevada Adjuster License is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships to support long-term account success.
  • Serve as the central contact for 8-10 clients across various industries, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the Client Service Team's performance.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor procedures aligned with client goals and Nevada workers' compensation compliance.
  • Coordinate services across claims administration, accounting, underwriting, loss control, and excess coverage.
  • Prepare and present stewardship reports, financial analyses, and program performance summaries to clients.
  • Monitor and recommend enhancements based on claim trends, program results, and risk management insights.
  • Negotiate client service contracts and manage contract renewals.
  • Liaise with state regulatory agencies and ensure accurate, timely reporting and compliance.
  • Support the development and onboarding of new clients through feasibility studies and start-up planning.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement, automation, and system improvements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with internal audits and professional development efforts for Client Service Team members.
  • Track and forecast revenue trends, manage internal budgets, and contribute to strategic planning.
Qualifications Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in insurance, risk management, or workers' compensation (with Nevada jurisdiction strongly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Nevada workers' compensation claims administration and regulatory reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing client-facing teams and cross-functional services.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, resolve service issues, and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
  • ARM, CIC, or similar industry designation (or actively working toward one).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
  • Nevada Adjuster License.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and presenting stewardship reports.
