We are looking for an exceptional individual for our client service team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support services to our ultra-high net worth clients. Your resume should showcase your employment experience. Our ideal candidate is a highly experienced client service professional in family wealth management, financial services, or accounting, with strong interpersonal skills, successful at supervising and facilitating team collaboration across departments. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide primary contact to clients
- Oversee workflow to ensure daily client transactions are completed (transfers, wires, checks and trading)
- Supervise research and resolution of client questions (investments, tax, estate, and insurance)
- Review quarterly investment performance reports for accuracy
- Review client asset allocation, rebalancing recommendations, and investment strategy
- Organize and participate in client meetings, manage the agenda, and oversee follow up
- Assist partners/directors in business development efforts and manage implementation for new clients
- Manage relationships with client's outside advisors (CPA, insurance agent, banker, attorney)
- Advise clients regarding all aspects of our client service offering and oversee client reviews to ensure that all aspects have been addressed (tax, investments, insurance, estate plan review, philanthropy planning).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, CPA preferred, MBA, CFP, or CFA preferred.
- Self-starter, detail oriented, result-focused and collaborative, with a friendly and positive personality
- Ten to fifteen years relevant industry experience, ideally in a high-net-worth wealth management office or public accounting firm, including personnel management and heavy client contact
- Top-notch, client focused, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects for various team members simultaneously
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Experience with relevant software a plus (portfolio rebalancing and financial planning) and familiarity with custodian platforms (Schwab and Fidelity) highly desirable

Starting salary: $200k annually, based on experience. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan and profit sharing.
