Responsibilities of a Client Service Team Member:

  • Directly engaged with customers, promoting our client's products and services and driving sales performance
  • Meet with the marketing and sales team and other Client Service Team Members to develop and improve marketing and sales campaigns aimed at boosting sales performance and business growth
  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing clients' complaints and concerns in a professional manner and offering personalized solutions to meet their needs
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales to track sales performance and ensure customer retention
