Client Service Specialist Milwaukee

A leading RIA in Milwaukee is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their client account management team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, demonstrating empathy, and utilizing strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include active communication with clients, processing requests, resolving inquiries, providing guidance, and ensuring all key information and documentation remains up to date.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors, including handling client calls, responding to inquiries, entering trade orders as directed, executing money movement transactions, preparing client reports and meeting materials, and managing follow-up tasks after client meetings

Become proficient in the firm's and custodian's technology platforms and tools, actively participating in training programs to identify and implement workflow improvements that enhance client service

Oversee the client onboarding process, including account openings, preparing documents for signatures, ensuring compliance procedures are followed, and maintaining accurate database updates

Assist with month-end and quarter-end reporting processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferred

5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within a brokerage, bank, or financial planning firm

Series 65 and Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) designation, or willingness to obtain upon hire

Familiarity with Schwab, Tamarac, and/or eMoney is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated success working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Highly organized with strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to support advisors

Strong ethical standards with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information

Target base salary is $60-85k + bonus. This figure can vary depending on factors such as skillset and experience level.
