Kesslers is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist (CSS) to provide outstanding service to our valued customers. Responsibilities include greeting and providing excellent service to our customers, using point-of-sale to enter proper payment information, maintaining inventory, writing up special orders, repairs, answering phones, and working with teammates to meet our customers' needs.

Job Purpose: The purpose of the CSS is to make sure all transactions and daily tasks are completed accurately and efficiently in addition to making the store run smoothly. Most importantly, CSS help the team serve the client better than anyone.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Answer calls and direct them to the appropriate person
2. Communicate with teammates via email
3. Handle transactions using POS ensuring proper payment and maintaining inventory
4. Receive and sort daily shipment accurately and communicate the contents to teammates.
5. Work with teammates to solve problems and to eliminate communication errors
6. Greet clients and ensure they are helped in order of arrival
7. Write up, bill, and finalize repairs
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications (What we look for): High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years prior experience in an office or customer support role. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong computer skills. Ability to multi-task. Comfortable working independently and with a team. Someone who wants to have fun everyday.
