Responsibilities:

Attend client meetings alongside financial advisors to actively listen, take comprehensive notes, and ensure accurate communication.

Handle inquiries and updates related to account documentation, track to completion, and resolve issues.

Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely client support.

Contribute to team success by sharing insights and best practices.

Qualifications:

3-5 years' experience in client services, preferably within financial services or related industry.

Bachelor's Degree.

FINRA Licensing (Preferred or In Progress).

Ideal Candidate Traits:

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Detail-oriented and analytical.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
