DescriptionClient Service Specialist Willamette Valley Bank is seeking a personable and welcoming individual with a desire to build and foster relationships with customers, community members and fellow staff members.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include - Handles basic account inquiries on phone and in person for existing and prospective customers
- Assists customers with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing and wire transfers
- Works as part of a team to create exceptional and personalized customer experiences
- Displays commitment to financial success of customer and WVBK through diligence and adherence to safety protocols including confidentiality, regulatory compliance and fraud prevention

QualificationsQualifications - Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively on a team
- Prior cash handling experience is preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
