Position Summary
We are seeking a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join our fast-paced, growing firm. The CSS supports our advisory and operations teams by helping deliver services that enable clients to achieve their long-term financial goals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure each client receives attentive, personalized service that reflects our commitment to excellence.

What you will get to do
- Set up and maintain client accounts, process paperwork, and support client onboarding
- Prepare and process forms such as new account applications, transfers, distributions, and address changes
- Communicate with custodians to resolve client service issues and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor and facilitate cash and securities transfers; reconcile cost basis as needed
- Execute client requests including wire transfers and money movement between accounts
- Partner with the advisory team to support day-to-day client service needs
- Support compliance efforts by monitoring and documenting internal processes
- Assist the admin team with phones, scheduling, event planning, and other office needs
What we seek in a candidate
- 2+ years of client service or financial services experience (internships included)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management
- A helping disposition with the ability to build relationships and connecting with others positively
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with high ethical standards
- Relationship builder with a service mindset and strong communication skills
- Creative problem-solver who enjoys working on a collaborative team
- Commitment to team culture, development, and professional growth
- Experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to pass a background check
