What You'll Be Doing: As our Client Service Representative, you'll be the heart of our hospital, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our clients and patients. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth operations and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Answering phones in a call room assisting clients with inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and managing client appointments efficiently.
- Educating clients about our services and treatments, ensuring they have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Managing client communication via email and other communication platforms by ensuring follow-ups and updates are delivered in a timely manner.
- Checking clients in and out for their appointments, which includes handling financial transactions and accurately processing payments.
- Light nightly cleaning
Requirements
Job Requirements: - Veterinary hospital experience is preferred (2 years).
- Customer service experience (2 years preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Communicate and cooperate within a team setting.
- Ability to walk, stand, and bend frequently.
Schedule: - Monday through Friday, with both day and evening hours.
- Every other Saturday.
Compensation: - Pay Range : based on experience stating at $16 per hour
- Possibility of overtime paid at time and a half

Part-Time Benefits Package: - Scrub Allowance: Eligible on 1st day
- Maryland Safe/Sick Leave: 1 hour for every 30 hours that an employee works up to a maximum of 40 hours
- 401k: 1st of the month following hire date (21 or older), match after 1 year if minimum hours worked are met/maintained
- Health Insurance: (medical, dental, vision): Single and Family, will be notified of eligibility once and if the employee meets ACA guidelines based on hours worked
