Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact between our clients (other businesses) and internal CSC teams-helping clients meet important compliance requirements with accuracy, efficiency, and care.

Key Responsibilities - Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Research, review, and process corporate legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
- Manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, electronic filing, and document retrieval.
- Navigate multiple systems and databases efficiently.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and team performance.
- Contribute to client retention and growth by delivering proactive, solutions-oriented service.
Qualifications and Skills - 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business customer service or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a passion for service.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and occasional schedule needs based on business demand.
