SWBC is seeking a talented individual to provide client service support on a loan portfolio for one of our financial institutions by ensuring that key data is correctly acquired and maintained for customer and client satisfaction.

Essential duties include the following:
  • Takes and returns inbound calls reviewing stated above information.
  • Refers complex questions, problems or homeowner complaints promptly and accurately to the appropriate resources to ensure customer and client satisfaction.
  • Works hand in hand with internal Agents, Customers and our Carrier.
  • Responsible for entering policy information into our system, processing any policies, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Corresponds with customers on any information and works on reports when needed.
  • Answers service and sales calls through our que.
  • Works the scanned mail, and works with accounting to review any premium received.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalency.
  • Minimum of two (2) years data entry or customer service experience. Mortgage insurance experience is preferred.
  • Property and Casualty license or obtain within ninety (90) days from date of employment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to operate basic office equipment including a 10 key calculator by touch.
  • Able to type at least 45 WPM accurately and must be proficient in word processing.
  • Bilingual preferred.
