Job Responsibilities and Requirements The Client Service Representative, National Accounts works closely with the National Client Managers, Account Consultants and their leadership, as a liaison to the various administrative office functional departments (contracts, billing, medical underwriting, etc.) including managing the day-to-day administrative functions. Accountable for the day-to-day service experience of his/her assigned book of business.
Administrative - Works with Marketing on preparation of all client-facing collaterals such as training materials, highlight sheets, etc.
- Supports Client and Broker reporting requests (eServices, Datamart).
- Coordinates RSO staffing resources for onsite enrollment activities, as needed during peak season.
- Works closely with Manager of National Accounts on critical projects that work to enhance operating efficiency.
- Maintains client contact sheets and is responsible for managing the contact sheet repository.
Client Support - Provides client service, support and advocacy with functional areas as required (i.e., facilitation of support and/or appropriate triage of inquiries and issues including, billing, contracts, etc.).
- Conducts routine troubleshooting & supports general functions from implementation through termination of cases.
- Facilitates eServices new user access and troubleshoots user issues.
- Provides RSL web based training.
- Supports brokers on Schedule A and Schedule C requests.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience - Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of group insurance preferred.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Group Life and Health License(s) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and reprioritize as needed.
- Strong organizational skills in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong written/verbal communication and customer diplomacy skills and the ability to influence all levels of management.
- Expertise in using basic Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Ability to become proficient on all relevant RSL & Matrix internal applications, including but not limited to PACS, Vue, eServices, Datamart, etc.

The expected hiring range for this position is $24.61 - $30.75 hourly for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate's starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
