As a Client Service Representative, you will leverage your proven customer service skills to become a trusted advocate for TrueConnect users, providing comprehensive support for their service needs. You'll skillfully navigate inquiries, troubleshoot issues with empathy and efficiency, and proactively engage clients to maximize their benefits and foster long-term loyalty.


Key Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing TrueConnect clients, providing comprehensive support and addressing a wide range of inquiries.

  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction, educate them on how to maximize their TrueConnect benefits, and identify opportunities for account optimization.

  • Resolve service issues, troubleshoot basic technical problems, and escalate complex technical or billing issues to the appropriate internal teams efficiently.

  • Assist clients with account changes, service upgrades/downgrades, eligibility re-certification processes, and general account management.

  • Clearly and patiently explain TrueConnect service features, plan details, and Lifeline benefits to clients for understanding and retention.

  • Maintain meticulous and organized records of all client interactions, service requests, and resolutions within the CRM system.

  • Identify and report recurring client issues or feedback to contribute to service improvement and client retention strategies.

  • Professionally and empathetically represent Comback Investments and TrueConnect, prioritizing lasting client relationships.



Minimum Qualifications of the Client Service Representative

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; or a degree in Customer Service, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a client service, customer support, or similar client-facing role, preferably within the telecommunications or a service-oriented industry.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, listen empathetically, and articulate solutions and information.

  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills and patience to diagnose client issues, guide troubleshooting, and ensure effective resolutions.

  • A genuine passion for client satisfaction and a proactive approach to nurturing long-term relationships, especially with diverse populations.

  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for managing client accounts, service requests, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new client service tools and systems.

  • Must be a resident of Palm Desert with reliable transportation, possessing a strong understanding of local communities, and a dedication to serving them.
