The Customer Service Representative is the linchpin between the studio and our clients. We are looking for an energetic individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close sales. You will use your skills to understand client needs, prepare estimates, and win business, all the while providing exemplary customer service. You must be detail oriented, a strong communicator, and process driven.
Responsibilities: - Manage the sales process from marketing to estimating and closing deals
- Be the initial contact with current as well as potential customers
- Review client needs and designs/artwork
- Prepare estimates and coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time and on-quality orders
- Engage customers and actively move them through the sales process and into production.
- Support the design process, as needed to ensure high-quality input for production.
Other Desired Skills: - Sales curious' (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)
- Strong communication and listening skills
- The ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer
- Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality
