Willow Grace Veterinary Hospital is a community-focused practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care for pets and their families. We're currently seeking a positive, bubbly, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team.
Client service experience is REQUIRED. Veterinary experience is a plus, but not required.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous client service experience (required)
- Is open-minded and adaptable to change
- Brings a friendly, upbeat attitude to every client interaction
- Can manage multiple clients with grace in a fast-paced environment
- Remains calm and composed during busy times
- Is empathetic, kind, and professional
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting clients and patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Managing phone calls, scheduling, and client communications
- Maintaining accurate records and appointment details
- Supporting a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk
- Assisting the veterinary team to ensure smooth daily operations
Schedule & Availability:
Applicants must have open availability to work within the following hours of operation:
- Monday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
(Shifts begin as early as 7:15 AM)
