- Communicates with retirees regarding products and services.
Tasks & Responsibilities: - Training will be included when candidates are brought onboard.
- Training includes Classroom training, Online courses, Job shadowing, Q & A time, listen to live calls, Call Certification.
- Answer calls from of our clients.
- Responds to the inquiries by providing the requested information or referring the inquiry to the appropriate area for resolution.
- Perform administrative/data entry tasks.
- Researches and resolves inquiries and communicates resolution to appropriate parties.
Qualifications: - Excellent Communication, need to be professional and well spoken.
- Experience in client servicing environment, taking back-to-back phone calls is a huge plus.
- Good writing and typing skills.
- Ability to learn multiple computer applications to complete work.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
