Job Title: Client Service Representative

Duration: 2 months Assignment

Location: 600 Brickell Ave Unit 2400, Miami, FL 33131

Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm EST

Work Model: Fully onsite

Summary:
  • Contractor will assist with servicing clients by responding to inquiries about the bank's products and services.
  • Communicates with retirees regarding products and services.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Training will be included when candidates are brought onboard.
  • Training includes Classroom training, Online courses, Job shadowing, Q & A time, listen to live calls, Call Certification.
  • Answer calls from of our clients.
  • Responds to the inquiries by providing the requested information or referring the inquiry to the appropriate area for resolution.
  • Perform administrative/data entry tasks.
  • Researches and resolves inquiries and communicates resolution to appropriate parties.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication, need to be professional and well spoken.
  • Experience in client servicing environment, taking back-to-back phone calls is a huge plus.
  • Good writing and typing skills.
  • Ability to learn multiple computer applications to complete work.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
