This position is in office located in Marshfield, WI.

Full-time (40 hrs./wk.)

Hourly: Monday-Friday 8-5pm (CST). Starting at $15-$16 per hour.

At RevCycle the Client Services Representative is an intermediary between clients and the organization. The Client Services Representative plays a crucial role in nurturing and strengthening relationships with clients, ensuring the client receives excellent customer service by communicating with clients by phone and email daily. Additionally, they collaborate with internal departments to relay client feedback, coordinate solutions, and facilitate seamless interactions.

A typical day in this position will include but is not limited to:
  • Daily phone and email communication with clients to discuss inventory, account flow and business procedures, responding within 24 hours to clients' emails, phone calls, and other inquiries
  • Working with clients and internal departments to correct process errors and inefficiencies, ensuring internal and external client satisfaction
  • Identifying and applying solutions to client questions and concerns
  • Submitting insurance information to external client systems
  • Performing assigned tasks and duties to standard
  • Accomplishing key performance indicators including but not limited to closing open items and completing reports within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Ensuring compliance and adheres to legal, financial regulations/requirements, company policies and industry standards
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality standards through conscientious work which ensures there are no Protected Health Information (PHI) breaches
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is required
  • Required knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills, along with proper grammar and telephone etiquette
  • Creative problem-solving, combining mathematical skills, is crucial for resolving issues effectively
  • Team player who adapts positively to change and collaborates effectively with colleagues
  • Actively seeks training opportunities and welcomes constructive feedback from peers and supervisors
  • High degree of self-motivation, excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Reliable, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
  • Able to multitask and can communicate on the phone and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously. Willingness to learn multiple client systems, computer applications, databases and workflow processes
  • Understands Sensitive Personal Information (SPI) and sensitive consumer information (i.e., Protected Health Information (PHI while maintaining the confidentiality of this information
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required. Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required. Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.

Work Environment: Employee works in an office environment and/or home office and sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours. Employee will work with an online training team utilizing screen monitoring and/or video conferencing. Employee answers and makes telephone calls using a computerized telephone; types on a standard keyboard; reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resources. Employee may occasionally be required to stand or walk short distances along with bend or twist to access lower and higher desk drawers.
