Customer service, answering calls, service, scheduling, call transfers. Contract and proposal prep and delivery via email along with updating programs to reflect. Service and fire inspection scheduling and submitting to jurisdictions. Filing, keeping office clean and organized. Working with Tech in field to organize work. Excel, Microsoft a must, able to understand different software programs easily. Workdays are in office M-F 8am to 4:30pm.
