Cox Automotive is searching for a talented Client Service Representative - Phone Administrator to join their team in Davie, FL. The position of Arbitration Client Service Representative entails being the primary customer support for our Arbitration Hub. Success in this position requires that the CSR is able to work independently with little to no supervision to provide immediate availability, be professional, provide documentation within our systems and be knowledgeable of Manheim's products and services. Our team is empowered to make decisions that will eliminate impedance for our customers to buy cars. This empowerment requires the Phone Admin(s) to be confident in both the knowledge of the business as well as Manheim's product offerings.

This is a 9-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Shift/Hours
  • Monday - Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours per week)
  • This is a fully onsite role in Davie, FL
Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Client Service Representative - Phone Administrator:
  • Assist with the screen and input all qualified vehicles for post-sale inspection.
  • Inform buyers and sellers on the process, cost, and timing for completion of all PSI or buyer claims.
  • Perform sale day administration functions including customer service, data entry, filing and routing, etc.
  • Provide quality customer service through fact to face and phone support. Route calls appropriately, answer questions and provide support.
  • Perform basic data entry into the AS 400 computer system.
  • Copy data and compile records and reports. Sort and file documents.
  • Operate office equipment, such as copier, fax machine, scanner, postage machine, etc.
  • Answer phones, convey messages, and run errands. Greet and assist customers.
  • Provide quality customer service through phone support. Answer questions and provide support.
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications of the Client Service Representative - Phone Administrator:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior clerical or administrative experience required.
  • Valid Driver's License and safe driving record required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills with strong attention to details required.
  • Basic computer software skills required.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service required.
  • Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks; manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications of the Client Service Representative - Arbitration :
  • Working knowledge of federal and state laws regarding arbitration of vehicles, preferred.
  • Automotive, mechanical or body shop experience with complaint recording and resolution, preferred.
