Barker Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for clients and their pets, our Receptionists play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
In this role, you'll manage appointment scheduling and patient flow, provide empathetic customer service both in-person and over a multi-line phone system, process financial transactions, and answer inquiries about our services. This position is perfect for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly, outgoing, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused environment.
This position is open to full-time or part-time scheduling, and you must be able to work Fridays. NO WEEKENDS.Full-time benefits and compensation: - Compensation: $19-$21/hr, based on experience and skillset
