Verity Investment Partners is looking for a professional, proactive, highly organized and enthusiastic client service representative to play a key role on our growing team. This will be a multi-faceted role that involves partnering with our advisors to handle administrative tasks, freeing up their time to focus on their primary job functions while providing support for new and existing clients. Additionally, this role will manage office administrative duties as the front-line support and may include sales & marketing support, client service, event planning, etc. The position will require someone who is flexible and adaptable to changing demands and priorities while being resourceful and autonomous when taking on new tasks and projects. As the gatekeeper and extension of the Team, the role will be pivotal to the success of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Serve as first line of communication - phone and in person
Liaison with third party vendors for various office functions (phones, copier, shredder, etc)
Manage daily calendars for team members, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes
Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video and other essential services as needed for meetings and conferences
Drive key team activities and events (such as all-hands meetings, team meetings, conferences, ordering supplies and social events)
Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly report running, formatting and distribution
Prepare professional business communication documents including memos, letters, and emails
Participate in general administrative duties (copying and faxing), distributing mail, ad-hoc projects, committees and/or group events
Manage quarterly statement and client communication requirements
Assist with client paperwork and transactions
Promote a fun and team-oriented work environment
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software such as RedTail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi task and manage time effectively
Self motivated, confident, detail oriented, and adaptive to change
Willingness to take on additional administrative & operational responsibilities as needed
Prior experience in Financial Services
Financial Planning Qualified Professional, FPQP
Qualifications:
Bachelor's and/or significant relative experience (minimum requirement)
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field (preferred)
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday on a traditional time schedule, in person at our Beaufort office location
