What You Will Do : - Complete daily administrative tasks in support of client loan servicing needs.
- Follow detailed instructions for new activities or special assignments.
- Practice basic job knowledge of support services and procedures obtained through prior work experience.
- Provide administrative services to clients.
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls as needed.
- Respond to email communications.
What You Will Need : - High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience; some roles may require vocational or technical education (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education).
- Ability to work in - office full time from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have : - Prior experience working in an office environment with regular commuting requirements.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Prior administrative experience in loan servicing or financial services.
