Job Description

Arnot Health is seeking an overnight Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our Health on Demand team. This is an overnight position perfect for candidates looking to work a few late-night hours each week. You'll play a key role in connecting patients, providers, and services in a compassionate and professional environment.

Schedule:
  • Part-time 12 hours/week
  • 11PM - 3AM & 3AM - 7AM shifts
  • Overnight shift differential
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls through the Arnot Health Call Center.
  • Accurately assess and direct calls, including nursing triage and community information requests.
  • Make clerical outbound calls such as appointment reminders and surveys.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases.
  • Track call volume, generate reports, and manage billing for revenue-producing services.
  • Facilitate complaint handling and resolution processes.
  • Support a functional and organized office environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years' clerical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and call center software.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
