Arnot Health is seeking an overnight Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our Health on Demand team. This is an overnight position perfect for candidates looking to work a few late-night hours each week. You'll play a key role in connecting patients, providers, and services in a compassionate and professional environment.
Schedule:
- Part-time 12 hours/week
- 11PM - 3AM & 3AM - 7AM shifts
- Overnight shift differential
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls through the Arnot Health Call Center.
- Accurately assess and direct calls, including nursing triage and community information requests.
- Make clerical outbound calls such as appointment reminders and surveys.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases.
- Track call volume, generate reports, and manage billing for revenue-producing services.
- Facilitate complaint handling and resolution processes.
- Support a functional and organized office environment.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years' clerical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and call center software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
