We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team full-time.

Position Summary

Arnold Veterinary Hospital is looking to hire a Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position. Compensation for this role is a $16-$20/hour based on experience with opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities and duties:
  • Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
  • Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
  • Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
  • Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
  • Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
  • And other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Veterinary Field is required
  • Experience with Cornerstone a PLUS
  • Ability to work at least 1 weekend day and nights
  • Excellent Communication and Multi-tasking skills are needed for our busy hospital
  • Displays the highest degree of professionalism at all times with customers and co-workers
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions
  • Capable of staying calm and exercising sound judgement in challenging situations
  • Present a neat, well-groomed appearance
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
  • Ability to walk, stand, and bend for sustained periods
  • Ability to use hand and arms to handle and position animals, materials, equipment
