Position Summary: The Client Service Professional (CSP) plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional client care and service delivery by managing caregiver scheduling, communicating with families, conducting care follow-ups, and supporting the overall client experience. This individual must be compassionate, organized, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and families, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Coordinate and schedule caregiver shifts based on client needs, preferences, and staff availability.
  • Ensure all care plans are up to date and followed by caregivers.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and satisfaction calls to monitor service quality.
  • Document client communications, changes in condition, and service concerns in the system.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting and training teams to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches.
  • Respond to service issues, schedule changes, and emergencies with urgency and professionalism.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and gathering necessary paperwork and assessments.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and agency policies regarding care documentation and privacy.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing, scheduling, or administrative role (preferably in healthcare, senior care, or home services)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and client management software (e.g., ClearCare/WellSky)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
  • Empathetic, service-minded, and solutions-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in senior care, home health, or client services
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Familiarity with Medicaid Waiver, VA benefits, or long-term care insurance processes
  • Experience conducting client assessments or participating in care planning
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based with required home visits to clients
  • On-call availability may be required during certain hours
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
