Description

Quick Box Fulfillment is looking for a seasoned Client Services Manager to manage an existing book of clients. The Client Services team is responsible for all communications to the QuickBox client base. As part of the team, you will be responsible for advocating for client needs throughout internal departments and ensuring deliverables are met on time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to join a growing company focused on providing fast, friendly, and accurate service. The diverse backgrounds of our management and ownership team will provide exposure to multiple facets of business and fulfillment/warehousing.

Requirements

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

1. Ability to strategically manage all aspects of client relationships and communication, providing excellent service and maintaining client satisfaction through critical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

2. Document and track internal metrics according to client SLAs to drive performance.

3. Advocate for clients across operational departments and make proactive recommendations to gain economic and operational efficiencies on behalf of clients and Quick-Box.

4. Understand the impact of client needs on operational departments and the effect on planned labor and resources.

5. Provide ongoing client-facing program summaries, business reviews, analysis, recommendations, PO trending, etc.

6. Develop relationships with clients to realize the value of contracted services.

7. Ability to recognize upsell opportunities and collaborate with Business Development to ensure client needs are met.

Job Qualifications Mandatory:

1. Must have fulfillment experience.

2. Highschool diploma or GED

3. Critical and Strategic Thinker

4. Works well in a team environment

5. Willing to contribute ideas and feedback.

6. Ability to learn on the go and pickup processes while in flight.

7. Self-starter with excellent follow-through

8. Dependable, punctual and possess a positive attitude.

9. Ability to clearly communicate.

10. Extremely organized.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

2. Strong computer and word processing skills, including Microsoft Suite applications.

3. Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.
