JOB TITLE: Client Service Manager
EMPLOYER: Signature Estate & Investment Advisors

REPORTS TO: Lead Advisor

SUMMARY: This is an on-site position who is responsible for managing operations associates and ensuring that account openings, maintenance, and client requests are met in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and oversee a team of operation associates
• Maintain relationships with account custodians (Schwab/Fidelity etc.)
• Be a reliable point of contact when complex account/client service issues arise
• Spearheads process improvements within department
• Train new employees on procedures
• Creating successful inter-department process and projects.
• Works with CSMs to update procedures and documentation.
• Creates Monthly Activity Reports.
• Travels to sales meetings
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• May supervise Client Service Associates
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or five + years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills required: Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Human Resource Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); Presentation software (PowerPoint).
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Preferred Series 65/66, 24
