Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to join their team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their clients by managing policies, conducting product research, and fostering strong relationships with insurance carriers. This role requires a Property and Casualty License and a passion for client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities for Client Service Manager:
- Client Policy Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with policy inquiries, renewals, changes, and claims.
- Product Research: Stay informed on insurance products, coverages, and industry trends to recommend tailored solutions for clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to facilitate seamless service and effective resolution of issues.
- Client Support: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and business goals are achieved.
Qualifications for Client Service Manager:
- Property and Casualty License (Required): Active and in good standing.
- Insurance Industry Experience: Proven experience in client service roles within the insurance industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and carriers.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to research and analyze insurance products to provide informed recommendations.
- Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and carriers.
- Detail Orientation: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy in managing policies and documentation.
