Position Summary: TheClient Service Manager will work within a wealth advisory team playing anintegral role in delivering an exceptional financial planning and advisoryservices experience to each client. The CSM will focus on clientexperience with specific attention in the areas of client onboarding, accounttransitions, relationship management support, problem resolution, and processimprovement. CSMs are expected to be key contributors to a positive workplaceenvironment and have a strong commitment to teamwork and shared success.
Primary Responsibilities: - Optimize client experience and develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the full client onboarding process.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by processing their requests in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate and work with custodian partners to process client requests.
- Deliver excellent results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills, prioritization, and proactive solutioning.
- Actively participate in client meetings and client reviews.
- Drive innovation through curiosity and comprehensive understanding of processes and challenges.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years client service experience in the financial services industry; RIA experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, Tamarac Suite, DocuSign, and custodial institution platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of the brokerage and/or custody industry.
- Understanding of financial planning concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well on teams and in fast-paced, cross-collaborative environments.
- Confidence to think analytically and deliver solutions to complex challenges.
- Commitment to continuous learning. Team members are expected to own their development plan and acquire additional skills that ensure continued growth and effective contributions to the organization.

This is a Non-Exempt role. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $70,000 - $73,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
