Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Group (CSG) Representative to join our dynamic Operations team. This role involves managing daily trade processing tasks, client onboarding, account management, and trade lifecycle operations in a fast-paced, high-risk environment. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders, including Sales, Trading, and internal Operations teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Execute and monitor daily operational tasks including client onboarding, account setup, trade allocations, confirmations, and settlements.
  • Investigate and resolve issues to ensure adherence to client service level agreements and minimize risk exposure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at the middle/back office level to ensure seamless operational support.
  • Become a subject matter expert in assigned operational processes and financial products, particularly fixed income.
  • Liaise directly with Sales, Trading, Trade Support, and Settlements to coordinate trade flows and client inquiries.
  • Support continuous process improvements and participate in business initiatives and projects.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree (required).
  • Strong interest in operations, client service, and finance.
  • Experience or familiarity with fixed income and financial markets.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external clients.
  • Comfortable with business software tools and standard office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience in client service or financial operations.
  • Experience with process management and improvement initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of trade lifecycle, allocation, and settlement processes.
  • Familiarity with internal CRM, trade processing, or financial software platforms.

Certifications:

None required; financial or operations certifications are a plus.
