Solovis Client Success Manager (May 2025) About the Role Solovis is seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the first and last line of defense for our sophisticated institutional investor clients - the CSM is the primary advocate. This position focuses on building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with decision makers at assigned accounts. The CSM will conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to align their needs with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities Client Partnership & Advocacy - Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Understand each client's "Why Solovis" value proposition and success factors
- Serve as the client's voice within Solovis, advocating for their needs
- Brief internal teams with necessary context before client interactions
- Maintain consistent communication with clients about product updates and company news
Business Growth & Retention - Collaborate with Sales on expansion strategies and upsell opportunities
- Coordinate references and referrals with Sales
- Manage renewal processes with comprehensive understanding of contract terms
- Conduct strategic business reviews to demonstrate value and identify improvement areas
- Monitor and drive product adoption and usage
Operational Excellence - Coordinate internal resources on behalf of clients
- Manage client transitions, onboardings, and implementations
- Maintain accurate Salesforce records documenting all necessary client interactions
- Keep and aggregate comprehensive client information as necessary for the business
- Balance multiple competing priorities efficiently
- Maintain professional calendar management and prompt communication internally and externally
Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Collaborative team player with strong internal stakeholder management
- Self-motivated with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of institutional investment community (preferred)
- Experience with Solovis products (preferred)
- Familiarity with investment technologies (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (preferred)

The base pay range for this role is $58,000 - $109,300. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
