Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time Client Service Coordinator to join our team with Wye Financial Partners, a division of Shore United Bank. Wye Financial Partners is a financial services firm offering full-service investment and insurance solutions through our broker/dealer, LPL Financial. The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Advisors in the region as well as the day-to-day office management, client requests such as account opening and transfers, and ensuring excellent client communication. This role requires strong technology skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Essential Functions Include:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on account status and transactions. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Oversee the account opening process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Manage account transfers and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist financial advisors with client relationship management, including meeting preparation, referral management, and handling client requests for statements and tax forms.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. Handle client complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced technology and software to manage client accounts and streamline processes.
  • Work closely with other departments, including financial advisors and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide training and support to team members as needed.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, managing office supplies, and organizing client events.
  • Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, etc.
  • Participates in required training sessions, including training for compliance with BAI policies and procedures.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
  • Full-time.
  • Non-exempt.
  • Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service/account maintenance in the banking, financial services or wealth management industry.
Compensation:
  • The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $33.00 hourly.
  • Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
