Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate scheduling for internal and external meetings, managing calendars and appointments with efficiency
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing exceptional service and professionalism
- Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting experience
- Enhance client engagement by sending personalized birthday cards, assisting with quarterly reporting, coordinating annual gifts, planning events and workshops, and contributing to social media initiatives
- Oversee general office operations including vendor coordination, supply ordering, and maintaining conference rooms
- Take on more responsibilities as you gain familiarity with our business and operations
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in client service or operations within wealth management, financial planning, or banking
- Bachelor's degree preferred (candidates without a degree but with 5+ years of relevant experience are welcomed)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented approach
