Puget Sound Wealth Advisors - a Private Wealth Advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial is committed to providing top-notch financial services to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated full-time Client Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for handling front office client needs with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. This role involves a variety of tasks including meeting preparation and follow-up, greeting incoming clients, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the front office and meeting spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and connect with appropriate team member
  • Prepare meeting materials and assist with post-meeting follow-up
  • Greet and welcome incoming clients, creating a positive and professional first impression
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and common areas
  • Assist with meetings notes as needed
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the overall operation of the practice
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Communicate with clients in a professional manner
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Adept with technology
Compensation and Benefits:
    • $23-$25 per hour
    • Paid Time Off (PTO)
