We are seeking a dedicated full-time Client Service Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be the face of our practice, responsible for handling front office client needs with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. This role involves a variety of tasks including meeting preparation and follow-up, greeting incoming clients, and maintaining the overall tidiness of the front office and meeting spaces.
Responsibilities: - Answer phones and connect with appropriate team member
- Prepare meeting materials and assist with post-meeting follow-up
- Greet and welcome incoming clients, creating a positive and professional first impression
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and common areas
- Assist with meetings notes as needed
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the overall operation of the practice
Qualifications: - Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Adept with technology
