Client Service Coordinator to manage front desk duties and assist with day-to-day branch functions.
Key Responsibilities - Provide front desk coverage - greet visitors, answer phones, manage mail and check logs.
- Handle supply orders, including stationery, licensing renewals, and expense submissions.
- Support advisors with basic administrative tasks.
- Assist the Operations Leader in planning and executing branch events.
- Contribute to internal OAR (Operations and Administrative Review) projects.
- Coordinate branch meetings: confirm speakers/wholesalers, order lunch, track attendance.
- Manage advertising materials and help distribute regional webinar invitations.
• Ideal Candidate Profile - Previous admin or office support experience (bonus points for financial services exposure).
- Strong attention to detail and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Reliable, self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
