A growing financial advisory firm is seeking a polished Client Service Associate to manage multiple client relationships. This role involves coordinating meetings, ensuring all necessary client documents are prepared for Annual Reviews, managing Schwab paperwork, and assisting with client account openings. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of client service experience in financial services, be tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills. Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000 / year DOE
Client Service Associate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree; preferably in business
- 3+ years of experience in a similar client focused role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client service communication
- Desire to work in a team environment and be a team player
- Familiarity with our current systems is a plus, but not required: RedTail, eMoney, Riskalyze, Schwab, Orion, SalesForce
- Must be a self-starter and a problem-solver
- Strong attention to detail
Client Service Associate Responsibilities: - Provide client relationship support by managing/gathering/analyzing client data, helping to prepare preliminary financial plans and other client deliverables, working with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed
- Communicate with clients over the phone, via email and in person to help with service requests and problem-solve across a wide variety of account types
- Attend and document client meetings and follow-up on meeting action items
- Manage all administrative aspects of client implementation and retention, ensuring the client is receiving and returning the right paperwork for their proposed plans
- Manage the implementation of all client insurance and investment accounts
- Research products being written to ensure we are meeting application requirements
- Collaborate with Advisors, communicating progress and any potential problems for awareness and/or resolution
- Support client relationships by maintaining the CRM and responding to client requests in a professional manner continually aspiring to deliver excellent client service
- Work with Advisors in preparation of client financial plans using financial planning software (eMoney)
- Assist Advisor with analyzing information and evaluate results to help choose the best solutions and solve problems
- Maintain all client files per compliance and company standards
