As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team and help build strong relationships with our clients.

Position Overview: The Client Service Associate will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and fundraising teams to maintain strong client relationships, support event initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of our campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch service.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive client experience.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Support fundraising efforts by engaging with donors and promoting awareness of campaign initiatives.
  • Monitor and track client engagement, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Work with marketing and event teams to optimize campaign effectiveness and outreach efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on client brands, services, and fundraising goals to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, event marketing, or fundraising is a plus.
  • Passion for community engagement and nonprofit fundraising.
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
