Client Service Associate Responsibilities: - Manage administrative duties to support financial advisors and office operations
- Ensure accurate processing of new client accounts and related paperwork
- Coordinate money movements and assist with advisor-client meetings
- Handle executive assistant duties, such as scheduling events and travel
- Maintain a strong focus on minimizing errors in all back-end administrative tasks
- Assist with complex account types, such as trusts, as required
- Support the preparation and follow-up for advisor-client meetings and related documentation
- Double as a key support point for managing advisor schedules and travel logistics
Client Service Associate Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in an operations or administrative role
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in relevant financial software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities and a proactive attitude
- Experience with Schwab preferred but not required
- Ability to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ
