We are seeking a professional and motivated
Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and project timelines
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and ensure satisfaction
- Track client interactions and update records in our CRM system
- Support account management and project execution efforts as needed
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client services, customer support, or related roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
