Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Montgomery, AL. This role serves as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring an outstanding experience and effective coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
  • Manage client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
  • Support onboarding processes and follow-up on service deliverables
  • Prepare reports and summaries for client accounts and internal meetings
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with team members to develop strategies
  • Ensure service delivery standards meet or exceed client expectations
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in client services, administrative support, or account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
