Position Overview:
This part-time position requires the candidate to work four days a week for 24 to 30 hours. Following an initial orientation period, the role will primarily be hybrid/remote, supporting a senior financial advisor with various aspects of practice management. This position also offers opportunities for career growth and expanding duties and responsibilities within the role.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote
Knowledge of Adobe Reader and Writer
Proficiency managing CRM
Interest in learning about financial concepts and strategies
Experience with business correspondence
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Eagerness to collaborate with others and be part of a growing team
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct email marketing and client correspondence
Track the business pipeline
Generate client and prospect reports
Produce Morningstar portfolio analyses
Create one-click portfolio review reports using internal CRM
Generate and submit a report
Assist in preparing for client and prospect meetings
Communicate with clients for information gathering and support with servicing needs
Schedule and maintain calendars
Generate client proposals and illustrations
Perform basic data entry
Generate investment and insurance applications
Address servicing issues
Assist with conservation efforts
Handle address changes and beneficiary changes, and establish or modify periodic contribution or distribution plans.
Conduct client touches, including birthdays, anniversaries, term conversion deadlines, reviews, etc.
